History

Allstate Transportation Service has been in business servicing the Tucson and Southern Arizona area since 1981. Our main office is located at 4001 N. Runway Drive #143, Tucson, Arizona. Phone (520) 293-2233 Fax (520) 293-6633.

Our Mission

The goal and mission of this company is to provide highest quality transportation services to our clients, and to continually upgrade the skills and abilities of our employees in order to constantly improve our high level of customer service and clients satisfaction.

To become Southern Arizona's Preferred provider of passenger transportation against which all others will be measured. Through strong leadership in setting direction, establishing policy, and allocating resources our professional staff will lead the way. Because of these virtues we will be the premier employer of professional drivers.

Vehicles

Allstate Transportation Service is a complete ground transportation company. We have a variety of vehicles available to meet all transportation needs, including late model sedans, 8 to 10 passenger stretch limousines, 14 passenger vans, 33 passenger mini-busses and 49 to 57 passenger motor coaches. All vehicles are impeccably clean and professionally maintained.

  • Auto Technicians

  • A large staff of professionally trained uniformed chauffeurs

  • 30 Auxiliary chauffeurs for special events and conventions

Insurance

Our insurance coverage is underwritten by National Interstate and provided through Mueller & Associates Inc. We carry 5 Million Dollar liability coverage per vehicle. We also provide No Fault Medical Coverage on all of our vehicles.

Communications Equipment

In the transportation industry, communication is crucial. Therefore, Allstate Transportation Service utilizes the latest state-of-the-art communications equipment. Each chauffeur and staff member has a pager and each vehicle is equipped with a two-way radio and/or a cellular phone for immediate response.

Gratuities

Although gratuities are not mandatory, a 20% gratuity is an industry standard, and can be paid directly to the chauffeur or added to your invoice.

Policies

All equipment is quoted subject to availability at time of booking. A deposit of 80% of the balance is due at the time of booking. The balance is due at the time of service. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed agreement has been received by Allstate Transportation Service and/or payment arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

  • One Way Transfer cancellations phoned in 12 prior to transfer will not be charged.

  • One Way Transfer cancellations phoned in at least 2 hours prior to transfer will be charged $25.

  • One Way Transfer cancellations phoned in less than 2 hours or a No Show will be charged full fare.     

  • Hourly Transfer cancellations phoned in more than 24 hours will result in no charge.

  • Hourly Transfer cancellations phoned in at least 6 hours prior to transfer will be charged $50. for minibus or limo, $40. for van or sedan.

  • Hourly Transfer cancellations phoned in less than 6 hours prior to transfer will be charged $100. for minibus or limo, $80. for van or sedan.

  • Cancellations upon arrival result in a 3 hour charge for minibus + 15%, a 2 hour charge for van, sedan, or limo + 20%.

  • A 48 hour cancellation for motor coaches. Less than 48 hours will result in a full charge.

Terms and Conditions

  • Two hour minimums on all van, sedan and limousine transfers.

  • Three hour minimum on all mini-bus transfers.

  • Three hour minimum on all motor coach transfers.

  • Three hour minimum on all staff.

  • All vehicles are subject to charges from base and return to base: "Barn-to-Barn"
